My grandfather sat me down and told me to be single for the rest of my life, and to raise my children the same way.
Grandma wasn't happy about that one.
Sounds like a mewling metrosexual to me.
My wife: "You just do whatever you want to, when you want to. RIGHT!?"
Me: "You betcha."
Been married 15 years and finally whipped her into shape!
Denny Crane: "There are two places to find the truth. First God and then Fox News."
This is a load of sheetrock mud.
;-)
hahaha....
Don't get the wrong woman pregnant either. You and your kids
will pay for the rest of your lives. Don't ask me how I know
this.
I'm sure if this jerk (and jerks like him) ever did marry, it would end up in divorce with the kids (if he deigned to further his jerky genes) having little if anything to do with him. Self-fullfilling prophecy.
If two people--male or female or both--are incredibly negative and incredibly selfish, marriage and the reponsibilities of having children come into this world are a recipe for disaster.
Nomarriage.com... An organziation made up of LOSERS in the game of life. LOL
Way too easy.
1. Love is swell, but to many people settle for sex. Don't get married unless you are ready to begin a family.
2. Don't get married to somebody you don't get along with well enough to stay the course. If she belittles you now when she doesn't get her way, it will only be worse after you get married.
How do you know that?
Well, thanks for the really cherry post.
I feel a lot better now.
As I heard in the movie "IN GOOD COMPANY" the secret to a good marriage is finding the right person to be in the foxhole with and keeping your thing in your pants when you're out in the world.
Above article paid for by the "Saudi Wahabbi Outreach Committee." Our motto: "Those who copulate populate."
I fully agree that the author should avoid marriage like the plague. This author would do better to dive into a concrete dam as it's being poured than to marry.
Does the fool think that men stay 30ish till the day they die in their 60s , 70s, or 80s? That they never become incapacitated or senile? What about old women who are trying to care for their aged husbands? Why DOES this fool seem to think that ageing is a one-way street-especially when even today, women tend to be a few years younger than their spouses?
Well, I posted this more as a dig to a bunch of TrOo LoOsers.
But seriously, one does not marry for sex. One marries to find a life-partner who will catch your back, help you achieve your goals, and be your friend.
And you marry them hoping to be the same.
Now you'll have to excuse me. I have some volleyballs to inflate and some boxing gloves to count.
Heh heh! I wrote the book!!
Funny thing is if I bring up the subject of any of the women I know over 45 who have been/are married it is unanimous that they would not do it again.
They won't tell me not to do it but they all state once is more than enough for them.
