I remember when this story hit the news. Pickerington is a suburb (East) of Columbus, Ohio. My question then, also from others, was if this guy had problems before when he was arrested just shortyly before this incident, why was he on the street?

This is the primary question, WHY? and it's one we should be asking legislators. They need to toughen laws regarding these predators! This poor kid will have nightmares for years! If he ever recovers. The perve should be put away for the rest of his life. Even those predators who have been released from prison, when being interviewed said they would do it again and shouldn't be let out. We need tougher sentencing, and more vigilant parents and cops.
