He was born in Nov. 2000....and being big Bush supporters....we decided to choose that name.
BTW...he has a 'Capitol Hillary' toy and loves to chew her ankles......LOL
Love it! Our cat is named Cheney, and we've had many compliments on his name. (Obviously, we live in a red state.)
