The judge is just making up law as he goes along, anyone with an Eating Disability must be afforded a daily opportunity to feed themselves, and if the tray isn't touched, an RN must make an attempt to help them eat.

Don't know about that -- I do know when her mother tried to put an ice chip in her mouth a couple of years ago, she was bodily removed by Terri's "guards" and then barred for quite some time per Loving Husband's request.
