There is one other option I have not seen discussed here. And I think it would qualify as nuclear.
If Cheney would order a very direct action to resolve the matter of those who are trying to Kill Terri and have men to carry that order out GW can in turn Pardon Cheney and all involved.
Unless the House would be willing to vote for Impeachment there would be nothing that could be done to stop it.

I keep wondering why in the world someone doesn't say the heck with it, this invalid legal setup is more important than my career. To those who say "follow the rules", I can say I know the Florida legislature in 1999 NEVER intended this to happen so what about "the will of the people"?

I've been asking since yesterday, if an executive order to reinsert the feeding tube by either Governor Bush or President Bush would have to be obeyed? If it is an option why is no one discussing it or pushing for it?
Why can't they arrest Michael Schiavo for oh, I don't know, causing Terri's neglect, attempted murder, stealing money meant for Terri's care...? Pick one.
Shoot, watch to see if his turn signal is not working, get him for speeding, see if he flicks a cigarette butt & arrest him for littering, find a squished rare snail on his property... /just kidding.
