Because a fight with judge Greer and the Florida police is far more personal than the sending of other men overseas to fight Saddam. I believe it's just that simple, it all boils down to a lack of courage and conviction.

This is why the liberals are winning their fight against conservatives, they will take the bold steps necessary to accomplish thier agenda. Conservatives won't. We elect Conservatives and they quiver behind their doors when push comes to shove.
President Bush has a conviction and that is that the President of the United States is not above the law. The rule of law still applies in this country and perhaps if people would stop thinking with their emotions and use their brains they would see that.
