Also, to be a Republican, doesn't the Republican organizational charter say something about having to be registered with a local county-level Republican body, such as a local county perty? What county perty is this man registered with?

Wasn't this guy on Dobson's show today? He states he wants congress to have a "super-majority" vote to override the Supreme Court.

One of the "checks" of the Executive over the Judiciary is in the fact that the SC judges are selected by the President. A super majority requirement shifts that check more into the hands of the legislature and out of the hands of the President...contrary to the intent of the Founding Fathers...thus upsetting the balance. Something about your posting gave me this epiphany! Thanks!
