Dude, I'm writing the IRS BA$+ARDS a $28K check fer Capital Gains in 2004...yeah, I'm psyched I have $28 K in my checking account, but that $28K would sure go a long way toward paying fer the young'uns' college costs...LOL!!

Hey, dammitall, we needn't make this a PRO-drug-abusing thread...my only point is that grown-ups oughtta be able to ingest weeds via bongs or joints if they are mature enuff to make their own decisions...heck, if we are so inclined, we can plant these weeds in our backyard just like tomaters, why the F*** should the local constabulary throw folks in the pokie fer that?!
Like I said, I can't remember the last time I got stoned...but I know when I did I ate a lotta food and went to sleep prematurely...how is that such a criminal thing?!

Glad you asked, my dental FRiend...winning the WarOnSomeDrugs is a matter of drying up the DEMAND...so how do you make folks stop abusing drugs? Well, my old man was in the NAVY, and in the late-70's, we had a humongous problem in the NAVY regarding ILLEGAL drug consumption...my dad told me that in the first random drug test, the Midshipmen scored almost 25% of sailors failed the drug test...so Reagan instituted random drug testing. By 1982, drug use amongst sailors was less than 3%!!
I say we institute a National testing program...but it's gotta be voluntary!! Sure, if you are talking about airplane pilots or busdrivers, you wanna test those folks regularly 'cuz they're dealing with public safety. Also, anybody receiving Federal largesse oughtta be forced to agree to regular random-testing 'cuz we don't wanna be wasting taxpayer dollars on losers gettin' STONED!! And of course, Federal employees oughtta be randomly tested fer the same reason...LOL!! Yep...and cops, and fireman, and doctors...all of them need to be randomly tested and if they fail the random drug tests, we oughtta fine them and force them to take anti-WOSD classes, and tell their contemporaries about the EVILS of Mary Jane!!
Of course, there is no reason fer architects in Richmond, VA to be drug-tested as I've never known a Richmond, VA architect who abused the Evil Weed...but the rest of y'all need to git tested...LOL!!
