My first thoughts too. Watch the ACLU come in, backed by the "it's just about sex" crowd, get a sympathetic judge, and set a precedent for legal incest nationwide.

Rotton made a court appearance on Thursday, and she appeared to not understand the charges leveled against her. "Let me explain it to you," Judge Cahill told the woman. "You're charged with having sex with your brother. That's what you're charged with in the vernacular." The lawyer for Howze said he suffers from seizures and does not remember what happened.
