According to Fox News, in the Special Report With Brit Hume, Friday, May 27, 2005, while showing audio and video of Dims who defended their unethical action in refusing to allow a vote to confirm John Bolton; a news clip of John Kerry, D-MA., showed Kerry standing tall and speaking firmly; "This is NOT, a fillibuster!" John Kerry said firmly.
