If not, then from the IE menu bar, try clicking 'Tools', then the 'Privacy' tab, then the 'Edit...' button at the bottom of the box.
Chances are that the 'blocked' pages are in the scrollable list at the bottom.
If so, right click on the desired site name then click 'allow'.
If that doesn't fix it, use a similar approach w/any other security app you may have installed that sniffs for cookies.
I keep getting "The page cannot be displayed" after that and everything else I tried.
I got rid of all cookies, nothing is disabled and have run various programs.
