"Exploding biscuits" is a term I once heard used to describe a person who wears those tight low-cut pants, tight too-short tops, together which force the tummy and back into an overaccentuated pinched form that all together looks like a can of biscuits when one first pops it open. Skinny people get that look, too, because it is just awful fashion that contrasts with, instead of compliments and utilizes, the natural human form.
The problem isn't size, but rather the poor presentation.

Just before Christmas, I was in the Salt Lake City airport waiting for my fiance's family to arrive.
There was a lad in his teens (accompanied by adults who seemed parental) whose pants, I swear, were that low. If he hadn't had underwear on, I would have seen, um, well, that.
I was actually sneaking up to him to wedgie him (yes, in front of his parents) when the fiance's family showed up.
I can't wait for the next style to take over! The high school girls wear this stuff to school. They don't care how fit their bodies are: They all wear clothes which only look good in the world's 8 top models.
Besides, the black skirt and tight, short colored top are getting pretty boring.
