There is another outside of Wiggins, MS. Looks a lot like the second picture. The stop signs in the area are in English and Russian.
However, I'm a brave little FReeper, so I put it up, to see if any of you knew something about this.
Sassy black helicopter humor is fine, but it doesn't answer the question as to what this is and where it comes from. Maybe someone should do a snopes.com test on it, huh?
