That sounds real good. I am taking my twins away to their swim camp, so we won't be around to grill too much, but last weekend I made a chicken dish with pineapple & all kinds of bell peppers that was awesome. That, with the smoked pork and slow cooked ribs with KC Masteriece Original sauce had all my guests nearly orgasmic. My special high-speed (extra rum & some secrete ingredients) mudlsides didn't hurt any either.
