Big Pappy David Ortiz hits a grand slam, Joe Torre must have swallowed a bottle of Maalox, and after the game the entire Yankee pitching staff was optioned to the Bronx Little League. And best of all our own "nutmeg" was at the game...

When he pitched in Detroit a couple of weeks back he allowed 9 runs. Torre wasn't having a good night then either.

When your business card reads "Chien-Ming Wang's understudy," you know you're in for a long night against our lineup.
The test is tomorrow.

...and fatso was on the mound. He hasn't pitched too poorly this year.
Shilling was a disaster. Let's hope he can get something together for the stretch.

I was thinking...who wants it more in this series?
The Red Sox came back with a vengence after losing the first game. Let's hope they win the next two as well.
What doe anyone think of the Red Sox chances of repeating? Is it realistic, especially if Schilling does not fully recover to dominance?

Just so you guys remember. John Henry was a huge Kerry guy and lent him his private jet for the campaign. There were several Red Sox who refused to go to the White House. George Steinbenner and A-Rod were both W contributors!!!!
