Vespas and / or sidecars

Any of you know anything about either?
From what I have read, the trick with a sidecar is to get the bike up on two wheels. I may need to get the dog a helmet. Along with goggles and a bandana.
I know Vespas are junk. I used to own one. They are lovely junk tho. Sort of like Citroens.
