Breaking: NHC has now reported Invest 95L, what will become the 9th Tropical named storm of this season -- and it's ONLY Aug. 3!

This one is a keeper, already a closed low in the ITCZ and just 1010 mb. Should reach the west Atlantic in a day or two.
