What is this, dial a diagnosis? Go see a doctor.
Try drinking some good tonic water, with quinine. Like you'd use in a mixed drink. If you're on medication, or have any sort of medical condition, you might want to run it past your doctor first, though. I've also heard potassium helps; eat some bananas.
Lack of potassium. Eat bananas.
drink a lot of water....
it's a vanity thread.
they have meds for cramps. plus if you go to webmd, there are suggestions.
See a doctor. Make sure you get enough potassium and iron.
Don't know about you but in my case it is often a lack of potassium. That is especially true if accompanied by some tingling.
thanks.
no meds.
yes, i forgot to eat bananas this week.
RegulatorCountry is right. Water and potassium will fix it.
See your doctor. Have your electrolytes checked...they're out of whack.
No, asking total strangers on the internet for medical advice is stupid. Believe me, I was being kind.
I recommend you do a better job with hydration and--ESPECIALLY--get more potassium and sodium: bananas that have started to go to brown spots are the best.
Gatorade has electrolytes built in and might be your best place to start on an urgent basis, but ultimately you want a natural source of potassium and sodium: bananas.
I also recommend stretching before and after the exercise: slow stretches, no bouncing.
And a really sorry one at that.
get laid

Could be more than that. A doctor visit and some blood tests are in order.
Is it very hot where you are? Could be heat cramps...if you think it might be, you can try sipping some ice water with a salty snack, resting in a cool place. If you don't have a cool place, put on a wet T-shirt and sit near a fan, it will cool you off quickly...
(I've had heat cramps. Very painful!)
When you're watching tv or something, just sit on the floor and strech. The more often you strech the better you'll feel.
Plus, do you do a small warm up and THEN strech at the beinging of you're workouts? Plus it is really important ot strech after exercise as well.
