I also once had a gf with a similar 'problem.'
She has a certain place on the right side of her shoulder neck muscles that would send her straight into moans, groans and heavy breathing. Even a simple massage was enough to ring her bells.
I thought she was kidding about this until I noticed the resultant..uh, delicately put- wet spot on the back of her slacks.
Being a guy, I thought this was funny as all get out. She did not find it funny. Satifying, but not funny.
Oh well...
