Spousal rape? Who doesn't have to tie their wife down every now and then?
This is as absurd as it gets. My wife would never do such a thing, but if she did I'd shoot her. That's the message this sends. Wife accusing you of rape? Kill her. Either way you'll be in jail for the rest of your life.
