Signed in to answer your request...but yes, google.com is your best shot at finding something like that. If you put the phrase (in quotes) "Jeez! Not this * again", you'd get a list of sites with that phrase in it.
But, if you look at the top, you'll see a link for images on your search. Click on it, and there's your picture... linked to a FreeRepublic thread. You can find all kinds of Lib busters in that manner.
