KANYE WEST some rapper punk or whoever was just on trying to get people to donate money to the red cross. He was on with Mike Myers (Wayne's World). Mike Myers asked people to donate...then Kanye West went on a tirade about Iraq, Mike Myers said something else, and then Kanye says "GEORGE BUSH DOESN'T CARE ABOUT BLACK PEOPLE!"
