That's the truly creepy part. She's obviously lacking a soul. Breathing does appear to be optional, and she's got that pallor about her...could be a vampire, I suppose. That would explain a lot.
All the really frightful people have the same look in their eyes. Vampires are tricky these days; Hillary's obviously not phased by religious articles, nor, I assume, garlic. Ever seen her in a mirror?
