when me and my friends play we dont play in arenas we go out to the woods in the middle of nowhere wearing full BDU's and paintball armor,

and i dont think they needed to tinker with much considering that most paintballs go at what? 300-400fps? i think that house windows or car windows would probably shatter if hit close enough,

i've been shooting since May/1984 and i've Never, EVER seen a field that will let the guns shoot 400FPS!!! 300 was the max for big guns, and that's WITH protection. since 1984 i've Knocked OUT two people and sent three to the hospital for stitches, and they ALL came to play... it's not that hard to hurt civilians.

in this case,i find it hard to believe 9 people needed to be hospitalized

I'm confused now. If you find it hard to believe that 9 people needed to be hospitalized, why do you bother wearing BDU's and armor?
