Verde is green, colorado is red, I love the red chili too. Matter of fact, I just love chili, on a cold dreary day, it is a comfort food par excellence.
Would you send it to me, too? I would love to try it.
Just saute onions and garlic in olive oil, add the green chilis salt and pepper and a bit of roue to thicken. I poach the eggs right in the bubbling sauce. Slap it on a tortilla, toss on some cheese and lay your ears back and go to it.
Do you ever put chilis and cheese IN your cornbread?
I'll definitely try your pork stew! Sounds great!
Wish I'd known earlier! I could use $25,000. I took Grandma Lee's chili and made it better. My husband claims my chili is the best he's ever tasted! Yes, I realize he could just be a sweet man, however, my taste buds work, too. It's darn good chili!!! :o) Making a pot this weekend because it finally got cold enough. Mmmmmm.....
Thanks much, sounds great. Will copy and give to wife for a go at it.
