Was down to Los Algodones BC Mexico last week and had that for breakfast, was great.

Will you share any secrets as to your meanness? :>)

Just saute onions and garlic in olive oil, add the green chilis salt and pepper and a bit of roue to thicken. I poach the eggs right in the bubbling sauce. Slap it on a tortilla, toss on some cheese and lay your ears back and go to it.
