Democrat Governor Bob Casey signed the Pennsylvania Abortion Control Act into law.
I can't wait for the left to attempt to argue that Alito is too extreme because he concluded that a Democrat Governor did not act in an unconstitutional fashion.

Democrat Governor Bob Casey signed the Pennsylvania Abortion Control Act into law. Would also be interesting to quiz the late Democrat Governor's son, Bob Casey Jr. who is now running against Rick Santorum for the Senate if he thinks the judge's opinion was correct. If he agrees with his father, he pisses the left off and if he agrees with the left, loses the luster he gains from his father who was a very popular governor among pro-life democrat voters in the state.
