Where Can I Find the Bart Simpson Tin Foil Picture (Pure Vanity)

On the "tin foil" type threads, I've seen a picture of Bart Simpson in a tin foil suit, with a metal trash can lid as a hat. It's from an episode of the Simpsons where he starts taking an ADD drug, and starts thinking that Major League Baseball is spying on him.
Does anyone know where I can find it. I can't find it using Google.
