It says in the article. She's a consultant.
In other words, McKinsey & Company hope to cash in when Hillary becomes President.
If Hillary never becomes President, they wasted their money.
It's like drilling an oil well.
Sometimes you hit a gusher.
Sometimes it's a dry hole. And you lose your investment.
