That sounds like the one my wife makes. She puts frosting on it sometime and sometime not. She made them this morning with out. She has been making them 5 or 6 years and they are very soft and tasty.
She makes 40 to 60 dozen cookies a week...

They are for the free coffee bar in the waiting room of our sons business. I am merely the lowly Court Taster.
She has never eaten any of her own cookies except for little bits I offer her. She has been doing this for at least 20 years. She uses a 30 inch Dacor home convection oven and can do three sheets of 24 cookies each at a time. It will do six sheets but she runs out of hands and fingers...
