No, unfortunately it's not. I shut it down a few years ago. I sure enjoyed it, it was database driven and allowed me to chop up MSM articles and point out the techniques being used, at the same time I'd fill my comments with hotlinks back to these definitions so people could go there immediately and see examples. The effect was pretty sharp, but as I mentioned above the site just wasn't big enough to have much effect. Only something as huge as the Blogosphere was able to do that.
