Probably enough GOP clientele files to ensure RINO votes by Republicans on key issues. At any given time, there are at least 20 GOP congressmen who are in the closet except on the D.C. cocktail circuit (pun intended).

Between that, and the missing FBI files acquired by the Clintons, I'm only surprised that votes aren't overwhelmingly for Democrat issues all of the time.
