Seriously, I do think it's funny how Damon, who was phenomenally popular with Red Sox Nation, is all of a sudden a bum because he's a Yankee. The same thing happened with Pedro last year, and he had a pretty good year with the Mets as a has-been.
He's just not worth $13 million a year. But, if the Yankees want to continue losing money then that's their choice. Shame on the Sox for not having a guy in the minors.
