12/24/05

Posted on 12/24/2005 7:29:15 PM PST by lowbridge

It started back at 8pm. Right now is playing the scene where Clarence grants George's wish that he was never born.

His mouth stopped bleeding.

Clothes dry.

"I cant fly! I dont have my wings!"

"Wheres my car?"

Pottersville? You mean Bedford Falls!

Pottersville! You think I dont know where I live?"

We really like this movie. Just finished up wrapping my wife's presents and about to help decorate Christmas cookies with my wife and two girls. I cooked a turkey today and also finished up some last minute shopping with our girls. We still have all the girls presents to wrap but my wife and I will knock those out together. We are not going anywhere tomorrow. I'm just going to spend a wonderful day with my family! IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE I have and I thank God daily for being so good to me.

Merry Christmas to everyone in Freeper Land!

For those with cable "A Christmas Story", which is just as great a film, is on TBS and will show continously until 8 pm tomorrow night, I believe.
Funny, tender...and nostalgic.

check out the user's comments. Most people rave about it.
A few can't seem to see why people love it so much.
Oh well.

Cartoon bunny parody of the movie (30 sec long I think). They also did a similar flash movie for A Christmas Story
(see my thread here for that)
