The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has refused to overturn a dismissed lawsuit accusing James Carville and George Stephanopoulos of defaming Gennifer Flowers when they commented on claims by Flowers that she had an affair with Bill Clinton.
9th Circuit....

For a second I thought that said 'deflowing Gennifer Flowers'

????? Just can't get my head around that one.
Yep. Didn't surprise me any. Oh well ... I invested $20 in Judicial Watch to help advance this one. I still think it was money well spent.
Problem is, Clinton wrapped his hand around hers...

Why did the 9th Circuit get this case? The affair was in Arkansas... Carville/Stephy were either in NY or Wash DC when they made the statement... the 9th Circuit covers the western US...
