what the kids fail to realize is that some heavy people are that way because of thier body morphology - typically endomorph
skinny folks are ectomorphs - same deal
I was on a diet about 7 yrs ago - & got all the way down to 189 (Im 5'10") - just didnt look right
I was a hairy, broadchested / shouldered skinny guy.....how odd looking
