But, I have doubts re his JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY REviewing his 15 years of judicial opinions leads me to a preponderence of doubts.
From then on,,,it's Blah, Blah, party line.
Yup I just heard that on the Dark side. Lieberman will vote No - Byrd may vote Yes and Kerry wants to Filibuster (according to his office).
He doesn't want to get kicked out of the sauna room at the Senate.

So much for Freepers praising LIEberman on here again. He did the same thing during Clinton's impeachment -- he made a big speech condemning Clinton and then said he would support him.

Choices for Supreme Court Judge do not come more fair than Judge Alito.
Joe polarizes himself back to the likes of Kennedy, Hillary, Biden, Schumer, Feinstein, etc, and is a fool for doing so.
Not the Orthodox he pretends to be either, since he changed his position on abortion for political gain. Seems like a nice guy, lousy statesman.
