A man pursued by police in northeastern Wyoming said he thought he had been driving around Minnesota.
Wyoming authorities said the 24-year-old Belle Plaine man admitted he had been using methamphetamine and marijuana.

i think meth is the scariest thing that has ever been created. i don't understand how anyone can even consider using that stuff!
As someone who thinks marijuana should be legalized, I agree. Those meth users remind me of walking zombies.

there is a Detective in Oregon that has put together some before and after mug shots of meth users, go half way down the page and look for Faces Of Meth. it is unbelievable!

There is a town called Wyoming in Minnesota this guy probably knew of and he never heard of the state.
