What's the point of suing? It'll just bring more attention to the story. He apparently moved back to his native North Carolina from Los Angeles in an effort to regain some privacy and normalcy.

If the Enquirer were really serious about this piece, they'd have put it on the front page instead of buried inside as I've read they did.

I am a bit surprised the NY Post, which has something of a sibling relationship with Fox and thus Idol, would print it even on the infamous Page Six.

As long as he's singing and doing good works and not up on a political soapbox calling for Bush's impeachment for sending Katrina to kill all the black folk, or some drivel typical of entertainers I'm going to continue to buy his CDs.
