I think "little boys" as stated in the article, shouldn't be taken to establishments geared toward grown men. It didn't say teenagers.

While it is not my cup of tea, and I would not want my daughter working there (if I had one) and would discourage my sons (who I do have) from going there, the place is a legally operating business.
The university is wrong on this. I hope they do the right thing and avoid the lawsuit.

You can see more skin at any area lake around here or at the NASCAR races than you do at Hooters.
You gonna keep the kiddies away from there?
(The Mall also offers some sightseeing at times)

Stop by any Hooters near an Interstate and you will see a lot of families, with kids, there.
