If there is any upside to this completely unexplainable officiating it is that Lynn Swann is now going to get a huge amount of love for the upcoming year. He will be able to wave a Terrible Towel on every campaign stop until November. Actually, I'd rather have the Governors mansion in PA in GOP hands for the 2008 Presidential elections (you know that Fast Eddy Rendell uses the entire state employee system to help campaign for John Kerry or Hitlery each election) than have a fairly judged Super Bowl if my teams aren't in it. What sucks for Seattle could be great for the GOP!!!

You have got to be kidding me. Seattle lost because Hasselbeck is given a 15 yarder? Nothing to do with their inability to score?

Maybe we should break out the Sore-Loserman signs for them?

I liked the Burger King ad at the very start of the game, you know the one where the dancers turned into hamburger, lettuce, tomato etc.

And the Clydsdale one was very cute.

I have never seen a guy get a 15 yard penalty for tackling the guy with the ball as Hasselback did.

Yep, that was the lone terrible call of the game, although it was probably balanced by the non-call on the interception return by Seattle when Roethlisberger was clipped from behind as he chased the defender.
15 yds. - 15 yds. = 0 yds. net advantage for either team.
The better team won the game.

Congratulations to the Steelers and their fans.

I was glad to see Bill Cohwer(sp?) win the big one, as well as Jerome Bettis.

Would love to see Brett Favre go out like that.

Cheers!

Worst officiating ever. And the Seahawks were still in the game.

Comic Book Guy, is that you?

I liked the GoDaddy.com,FedEX and the Mastercard Commercials. Rest were rather tame and lame.
Was surprised that the Emerald Nuts commercial wasn't better considering that was a huge chuck of their ad budget.
To bad GoDaddy.com had to tame their commercial down a bit from last year.

Someone needs to tell Keith Richards that he died about 8 years ago

Someone didn't tell you that Keith Richards can't be killed by conventional means. He's already tried every one of them himself.

Good thing I am completely neutral in this game..I don't hate or love either team..but the seahawks were so screwed in this game..yes..big ben did score his TD..but the penalties against the seahawks on their "first" td and the first and goal were so bogus..oh well..take what you can get..

I think you got something there. I didn't see the ball cross the plane into the endzone.
