Her first daughter, now nine, weighed 10.2 pounds at birth.

The new baby's father, Juan Carlos, said that with another woman he had a daughter that weighed 17 pounds at birth. "They told me it is genetic,"

if this man loves his wife he would be getting a vasectomy before she left the hospital :-)

"They told me it is genetic,"

"Uh, Honey... there's something you should know about me..."

"They told me it is genetic,"

They misspelled "gigantic".

My late grandfather was born in 1913 and was 14 lbs. and some-odd ounces.
He was the largest baby born in the county till some time in the mid 60s if I recall.

My son (born in 1984) weighed in at just a little over 11 lbs.

The doc broke his collarbone with his thumb in order to collapse the shoulder to facilitate delivery.

Mother and son fine.

Omg.. 15 lbs. My son weighed almost 9 lbs when he was born 2 months ago.. I thought that was big. He weighs more than 15 lbs now. I can't imagine him being born being as big as he is right now.
