A couple of security officials from the venue hovered near the streaker for several seconds before finally covering him and leading him away. "The streaker was later released by authorities, after the local magistrate declined to charge the man with indecent exposure. When asked why the streaker wasn't charged, officials shrugged their shoulders, pointed to the streaker's nether region, and said: "Insufficient evidence."
