The Loon's voice is not a nice sound. Almost as bad as the Peacock.

One year a strange thing happened in the country where one of my daughters live. There had been a terrible wind storm, the loon where migrating, got caught up in that storm only to wind up in a creek behind the house. Well, they need a huge area to take off. My daughter watched them for hours trying to get up enough speed to get airborne. They are almost useless on dry land. Lovely birds though. I love the red eyes.

Congratulations on your gusto!

If you're taking cumiden or coumadin, they do need monitoring. I take an aspirin a day to thin mine.

The weather is great here; it's in the low 60's.

Big Hugs!!

My youngest daughter has taken it for years now. Leg problems.

Me too, I will have to be on it for as long as I live. She will, too.

That must have been quite a sight. I still maintain that their calls are funny.

Due to Phone modem card problems will be stuck using libray computers when I can get some kid off a porn site to use it. Not gone, just out-of-touch for a while. ;^)

Your Words

Your words to me on old paper rare
are the honey of my sun
the alabaster of my bath, calming me
on stressful nights when you're a thousand miles away
You words on paper grow more precious day by day
as the silver in my hair turns to gray
