Yes: I agree he is a Jack Ass. The week he ran down from the top of the track to drive another driver into the grass was unbelieveable, It should ahve cost him a 2 week suspension, A blind man could see it was deliberate.

Where does it say in the rule book that a car has to give way to last years Champion? If he is fast enough he can pass any car on the track, if he isnt he has to wait his chance and sitting there getting all pussed up isnt going to help. I dont like following the little old lady in the left lane either but I havent the right to run her down.

A couple of years ago Nascar had to take Tony down a peg when he had this same problem of thinking he could ram his way through. Now he has become a big draw and NASCAR wont buck him like they should. A $20,000 fine doesnt hurt a guy making Tony's money but 2 weeks on the sidelines does.Even the announcers couldnt understand what the hell was wrong with him when he started bumping. Who the hell does he think he is?

Back in the old days this kind of crap was settled after the race by a contest at Fist city and if the driver couldnt solve it the Crew Chief would. Some people got black eyes but nobody died, If Tony keeps this crap up someone is going to get hurt bad.

That was Matt Kenseth and at 180+ MPH.

It was so deliberate criminal charges could have been charged had Matt gotten seriously hurt.

Wonder what Home Depot thinks of their champion?
