The last time a democrat was correct about something was when a man by the name of John E. Rankin, a U.S. Congressman (A DEMOCRAT!!!) who served sixteen terms from 1921 until 1953 said "The United Nations is the greatest fraud in all history. Its purpose is to destroy the United States".

Rankin was also a racist and anti-Semitic S.O.B. He's the last person you should be quoting favorably.
So he would be right at home in today's DemocRAT party!
Very true, but I find the irony interesting! If on no other, at least on this point he was quite correct and noticed the true nature of the UN at such an early time.
I would never approve of Mr. Rankin but the statement he
made was very true.
The UN. needs to be bulldozed into the Hudson River and all its members sent back to whence they came.
No disagreement from me. Ironic, though, that other than his views on the UN, Rankin would be right at home in today's RAT party.
