I'm shocked, shocked to learn this still happened despite the AMA's sternly worded warning about such behavior several weeks ago.

the male DJs and customers used alcohol to help encourage the female participants to remove the t-shirts, expose themselves

Never been to Hammerhead Fred's, but a bar I used to go to would have "between the sheets" contests where girls would stand in behind a sheet with light shining on them and they'd strip. You could see the girl's silhouette and it was all a lot of fun.

But of course, alcohol helped to encourage the female participants, and the most fun was the night a girl passed out and fell through the sheet and off the stage.

I'm sure her father was very proud of her and pleased that all the money he was spending on college was going to such a good cause.

"And we sent in a couple of investigators in at the time to see what was taking place"

Four hours later they determined that laws had been violated!

Are the people of Panama City going to scare away the spring breakers like they did in Ft Lauderdale?

So the cops see some half nekkid college girls with wet tshirts and exposed skin. And they think it might be fun to get out the handcuffs too ? ;-)

Bay County sheriff's deputies made their first lewd and lascivious arrests of spring break.

Can't they just make normal arrests like every other officer? ;)

This headline is unfortunate. Or they're aiming for it to appear in the Sun.
