Matthews is just flat wrong. In fact, he's educated enough on the matter that I believe he is not just wrong, but is out and out lying.

I disagree. Matthews is dilusional and growing more so every day. He obviously spends more time listening to the voices in his head than anything Bush ever said.

I noted Matthews' bizarre behavior in October during the hyped CIA leak investigation.

He reported this minor story like it was Watergate II and distorted his face every time he said CIA leak. It was almost like his emotions were out of control.

He's strange.
