Neither of them belong. Charles Murray, "Human Accomplishment" [he used quantitative statistical methods], composed the list of the greatest practitioners of Western art:
Michelangelo - [score 100];
Picasso [77];
Raphael [73];
Leonardo [61],
Titian [60];
Durer [56];
Rembrandt [56];
Giotto [54];
Bernini [53];
Cesanne [50];
Rubens [49].
And Bernini was not a painter but a sculptor.
