Problems with AMNESTY, Add your own.

It does not appear that the Senate has thought out why any kind of amnesty will have major problems. Among them:

1. If we can’t deal with 11 million plus now, what will happen in 6 years when there are 5 million more illegals here? How will amnesty or guest worker stop the flow across the border? What is the cut off date? How will we know how long the illegal has been here? What if they lie?
2. What about affirmative action? Once these “minorities” are legalized will they be given preferences, thus screwing white Americans twice?
3. Chain immigration. Once these illegals are legalized will they then be able to bring in family members? Since the record for one legal person bringing in 150 people, if each immigrant is allowed to bring in say 10, will this allow ALL of Mexico to move up here?
4. If illegals will work for less, and we legalize them, and they then fall under our rules so that they get current wages, will we have to let more illegals in to keep labor costs down?
5. How will we do criminal or security checks on people who have no papers, and come from villages in the middle of nowhere? Has Mexico confirmed it will cooperate with us to check for criminals? Or will it be like Cuba, with Mexico sending us there criminals and mentally ill?
6. Since we cannot enforce supposed deal with 11 million illegals now, what will happen in the six years when they don’t follow the rules, don’t come up with the $1,000 fine, and have not learned the language, what will we do then? What penalties will you impose that cannot be imposed now? What if they buy houses and have children in school, and still refuse to become American? What will happen then?
7. If we can’t deport 11 million people, how about 1 million a year for the next 11 years?
8. What about pre-existing health conditions? Will the American Tax payer now have to pay for all dental and medical of these new citizens?
9. Language. What language (s) will be allowed on government documents; and road signs?Who will pay to for all of the translators that will be necessary?
10. Culture. What new holidays will we have to add, and what holidays will be too offensive to the new citizens? I guess it will be forbidden to mention Davy Crockett, and well we have to forget the Alamo?

If you have others, please fell free to add them.

You can add these:

Will we give these new "guest workers" their own Bantustans, say, LA, or just give them the entire Atzlan outright?

When the leftist international community starts asking for sanctions on us for keeping Mexican "guest workers" in a neo-apartheid system, will American artists refuse to play Sun City...er...gigs in American cities?

"Once these “minorities” are legalized will they be given preferences, thus screwing white Americans twice? "

Not to worry. It won't take long before the Mexicans become a majority. Then whites can start acting up; being disrespectful of authority, persons and property.

Every time I see a Latino running for office, I know what to expect.

It may be time to invade Mexico before the Commies do. If We make our new state to the south a better place to live perhaps, people will stay there instead of coming here.

I will add that if this passes, not only will I NOT vote for any incumbent, I will NOT vote for a Republican for any statewide or national office. Could mean that I vote for no one.

The biggest thing for me was protection of our borders from both terrorists and illegals. Now, amnesty for 20-30 million (or more).

And let's not forget that all these new "citizens" will then be able to legally bring in all family members. Can you add another 5-10 million or more?

Nope, protecting our country and our borders is job number one and both parties are not just ignoring this job, they are committing treason, in my opinion, by helping the "enemy".

Republicans have let me down. Cutting taxes was good, not making the cuts permanent was weak.

Invading Afghanistan and Iraq was good, not allowing our men and women to do the job right is weak.

Now, at least we APPEAR to have a somewhat conservative SCOTUS which is good. Wimping out on the numerous other appointees only because of a filibuster threat was lame.

Giving the Republicans control of the Senate AND House was good (at least it appeared so). Having RINO's literally hold the congress hostage is despicable. No Republican leadership.

Sorry Rep Bots, but if this amnesty bill passes, I want all new blood: No incumbents.

All right, flame away. You will have a free ride as I do not intend on posting to this thread any longer.
